Caring Hands SA is a family-minded, NDIS-registered provider of Supported Independent Living in Adelaide. We focus on doing a few homes really well for adults with intellectual disability — the opposite of a big, general service.
Why we exist
Every family that comes to us is wrestling with the same worry: will my family member be safe, understood, and genuinely cared for? Too often, the honest answer from large providers is buried under rosters, turnover and reports that arrive months too late.
We built Caring Hands SA to be the provider we'd want for our own. Small homes where people are known by name. The same support workers, so trust and routine can grow. And a promise of transparency — you should be able to see how your family member is really doing.
We measure success by one thing: your family member needing us a little less over time. That's what real independence looks like.

Being registered means we're independently audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and accountable to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
